Its main aim is to disseminate & teach the science of technical analysis all around Egypt. The Egyptian Society of Technical Analysts (ESTA) provides its professional program of Technical Analysis which is currently acknowledged by the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA). CETA is the third certificate around the world after Japan & Australia's certificates that is accredited to be equivalent to the international Certificate of the international Federation of Technical Analysts (CFTe). ESTA proudly announces that Mr. Mohamed Al Aasar, Member of the Egyptian Society Of Technical Analysts ESTA, has earned the masters degree in Technical Analysis "MFTA" awarded by the international federatiom of technical analysts IFTA . His Thesis was " Applying Head & Shoulders pattern on MACD histogram indicator and how to use it to forecast market direction " . ESTA also would like to congratulate Mr. Aasar for his great work and that his research paper is nominated from IFTA for a special prize thats besides that his paper will be published in the next issue of IFTA magazine because of its uniqueness and high quality . It is an excellent research provided by "Mr. Abd El Aziz Al boghdady" & "Mr. Khaled Khalil Assy" – ESTA members – it is a practical application analysis on the Egyptian stock market using the Price by Volume Technique. This research was selected by the research committee as the best research provided in the ESTA competition held in year 2009 & was awarded by The Egyptian Society of Technical analysts (ESTA) in its last half yearly meeting in the International Conference Center. Abd El Aziz has a master of science in Business Information Technology – Middlesex University, London. He has also succeeded in the first level of the Certification of Chartered Market Technician (CMT1). He is a weekly periodic writer in El Alam El Yoom financial newspaper & he appears frequently in many stock market programs like OTV – Nile TV & OnTV.
