The ESTA offers short courses for investors, traders, fund managers, brokers… who are willing to understand the basics of Technical Analysis. The In-House course is only provided to institutions, or offered in conjunction with other non-for-profit societies like the Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA), and the Egyptian Investment Management Association (EIMA). In-House Courses that are offered to Financial Institutions take place in the American University of Cairo (AUC). We made a deal with the AUC that they are responsible for our In-House courses that are given to institutions. In-House courses that are provided in conjunction with ECMA or EIMA, are taught in their head-quarters. The Society succeeded in introducing Technical Analysis in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science , Cairo University as a mandatory subject to be taught in the third grade. Candidates in Economics will be taught Technical Analysis as a part of their studies. This is a step that we succeeded to reach with the faculty, and we are expecting that more faculties and more Universities will begin to approach us to introduce Technical Analysis to their syllabus. The ESTA offers speeches in various conferences being held in Egypt to increase awareness among the public. These conferences include Bourse Step by Step, and the Trend conference that is held each year. ESTA hosted the 20th IFTA annual conference in Sharm ElSheikh in November 2007. This was the first IFTA conference to be held in the Middle East, and was one of the most successful conferences. In addition to that, an international conference in Technical Analysis was held during April 2005 at the Four Seasons Hotel. A few members of the ESTA were speakers, in addition to Professor Henry Pruden, who was a key-note speaker. The ESTA also offers speeches in faculties like the Faculty of Commerce, Economics and Political Science, and the American University in Cairo. Because of the high demand on the ESTA Professional Program, the ESTA reached an agreement with "Trend" a few years ago to organize a course in the Cairo Int'l Conference Center. At the end of this course an exam is offered to candidates, and the best 40 grades are eligible to continue in our Professional Program. We now are preparing to continue teaching the second and third level to be provided in the Cairo Int'l Conference Center to candidates who were not successful to enter our professional program. Those who passed the first level and were not able to enter our professional program will continue their education with ESTA. Trend (Cairo) ESTA- Four:
With the collaboration with Trend vision fairs, after the remarkable success that was accomplished from previous courses, ESTA has launched ESTA-Four , which started on the 21st of November. With Trends' collaboration , ESTA has launched a technical analysis course first of its kind in the upper Egypt Area. This course was held in Assuit university , lectured by Mohamed Ashraf And Omar Shams . This course started on the 7th of November 2008. Sohag Technical Analysis course: As a part of ESTA tour , ESTA laucnhed a successful course in Sohag during December 2008 Egyptian Association for Capital Market Development ( CMD ): ESTA has recently partnered with the Egyptian Association for Capital Market Development ( CMD ) in Alexandria , to instruct and educate CMD's learners the Technical Analysis segment of their studies. Started on Friday 28th of November , Mohamed Al Saiid has instructed this course. Further collaboration with CMD for future courses will be announced earlier on our website . Egyptian Banking Institute ( EBI ): In reference to our recent collaboration and agreements with the Egyptian Banking Institute EBI , ESTA and EBI announces an introduction of a new TA course from 22nd June , 2009 till the 27th of July ,2009 . |
